Procedència	En els cases pairals envoltades de boscos i vinyes, les bruixes gallegues conjuraven els esperits amb danses i encanteris. Així ascendia la saba per les soques, alimentant amb la seva energia. Com el raïm de albariño que donen vida a aquest vi.
Nota de Cata	Color groc brillant amb rivets verdosos. D’elevada intensitat aromàtica, amb notes a flor blanca, cítrics i préssec blanc. D’entrada fàcil, llaminera i hedonista. Destaca per la seva acidesa franca que acompanya el pas de boca. Amb final llarg i persistent.
Gastronomia	Excel·lent aperitiu. Mariscs al natural, cuits i a la planxa. Acompanyarà perfectament peixos blancs suaus. La seva vivesa l'harmonitzarà amb formatges de cabra no curats.
