Procedència	Waltraud Maczassek, de nacionalitat Alemanya va tirar arrels en el Penedès en contreure matrimoni amb Miguel A. Torres. Va ser per això que aquest últim va decidir elaborar un vi en el seu honor, utilitzant varietats alemanyes però plantades en l'alt Penedès.
Nota de Cata	Color daurat pàl·lid, lluminós. Es distingeix per la seva aroma floral (mel de flor del taronger) i fruitera (confitura de llimona) amb delicades notes de pa d'espècies. Paladar sedoso, fresc, emmarcat per un fi traç de frescor cítrica.
Gastronomia	Resulta ideal amb ostres i mariscs. Insuperable acompanyant peix, arrossos, pastes amb salsa marinera, ànec amb salsa dolça, etc. Servir entre 9-11ºC.
