Fruit de la investigació, el 2008 vam ser pioners en aconseguir un vi desalcoholitzat de qualitat. Elaborat 100% amb raïm moscatell d'Alexandria, després del procés de fermentació s'extreu únicament l'alcohol, mantenint tot el seu aroma i sabor.

Nota de Cata	Color groc pàl·lid. Frescs i riques aromes florals (mel de flor del taronger) i fruiteres (poma golden, préssec i cítrics). Sedós i suau, amb llaminer agrado de raïm i una punta delicada de llimona. En boca és fresc i alegre.
Gastronomia	Excel·lent com a aperitiu, ideal per a tot tipus de peixos, mariscs i arrossos. Servir a 7-9°C
